When will I be billed?

When you sign up for myCREOpoint after your free trial we ask for your credit card details so if you decide to continue using myCREOpoint beyond the free trial, you’ll be billed and receive a receipt. We ask for your billing information up-front to prevent service interruption.

Can I change or cancel plans at any time?

There are no term-length commitments so you adjust your plan options as your needs change. All Pro and Premium downgrades and cancellations will take effect at the end of the monthly cycle in which the change is made. There will be no refunds. Upgrades will be processed at the time the upgrade is requested and the cost difference will be reflected the following month.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. We only accept payments online, so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you or take an order over the phone.

Is my data safe and secure?

We use state-of-the-art servers with 24/7 surveillance and biometric lock protection. Our infrastructure and software are updated regularly with the latest security patches.

What support do you provide?

We provide email support and online self-help resources. Trouble tickets from Platinum and Premium customers with enhanced support, receive prioritized responses as per your Service Level Agreement.
